Lexsynergy is a corporate domain registrar and online brand protection company founded in 2006 by IP lawyers. Lexsynergy has offices in the UK, Africa and the United States. [1]
History
Lexsynergy was founded in 2006 in London, England by Daniel Greenberg with and Elad Kinstler establishing the South African office.[2]
The name Lexsynergy was coined in 2006 by synergising the knowledge of IP Law ("lex" in Latin) with technology.
In 2013, Lexsynergy expanded its presence to the United States to support its growing US client base.
Developments in the Web3 space during 2021 led to Lexsynergy evolving its service to offer Web3 solutions to brand owners. Lexsynergy has joined the Web3 Domain Alliance [3] advocating for Intellectual Property protection mechanisms in Web3 as well as being features on several podcasts educating listeners in that space. [4]
In 2022, Lexsynergy became ISO27001 certified with UKAS and ANAB.
Leadership
Daniel Greenberg is Lexsynergy's CEO, an intellectual property lawyer and is an active member of industry bodies including ICANN, INTA, MARQUES and ECTA. [5]
Elad Kinstler is Lexsynergy's COO, has completed a Bachelor of LAW (LLB) degree and is a member of both ICANN and INTA. [6]
