The registry operator is Donuts (Fox Woods, LLC), which filed for a total of 307 domain name strings and invested $56 million just for application fees. Demand Media provides back-end registry services. This applicant submitted a Public Interest Commitment, which can be downloaded here. Donuts won in a private auction the right to .fish, beating out fellow applicant Dot Club LLC. The auction was managed by Innovative Auctions and the winning bid was not disclosed.
