Ruzamri Ruwandi is part of the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission and has been since 2012. He currently leads the Numbering and Electronic Addressing Management Department (NEAMD). Among his main functions are developing policies, frameworks, and standards concerning policy, management aspects of numbering assignments, and internet governance including the regulation of “.my” country code top-level domain name (ccTLD) according to provisions under the relevant legislation. Prior to this, he was the Head of the Network Security Management Department (NSMD), which develop policies and oversees the critical national information infrastructure for communications and multimedia industries in Malaysia.

Upcoming Events

ICANN 76 will be held from 11 to 16 March 2023 as a hybrid event with both in-person and virtual participation.
The application rounds are open for the NextGen@ICANN Program and ICANN's Community Childcare Grants Pilot Program for ICANN 77, which will take place from June 12 to 15 in Washington, DC.
The APAC DNS Forum 2023 is slated to take place from 4 July to 5 July 2023 in Hong Kong.
