Internet Governance Forum 2018
The Internet Governance Forum (IGF) 2018 was hosted by the Government of France at the headquarters of UNESCO in Paris, France from 12 to 14 November 2018.
At the thirteenth annual meeting of the global IGF community, titled Internet of Trust, there were be 71 MAG selected workshops, 27 Open Forum Sessions, 15 Dynamic Coalition Sessions, 3 Best Practice Forum (BPF) sessions, 5 NRI Collaborative Sessions and 1 NRI Main Session, falling under the following themes:
- Cybersecurity, Trust and Privacy - Development, Innovation and Economic Issues - Digital Inclusion and Accessibility - Emerging Technologies - Evolution of Internet Governance - Human Rights, Gender and Youth - Media and Content - Technical and Operational Topics

ICANN62 marks the 2018 Policy Forum and is being held from 25-28 June 2018 in Panama City, Panama at the Megapolis Convention Center. It is being hosted by Autoridad Nacional para la Innovación Gubernamental. During this week long meeting, the community will gather for policy development processes in action, cross-community collaboration, and much discussion on the important issues facing ICANN and the community. Additional focus will be on outreach, capacity building, and showcasing ICANN’s work to a broader global audience.
Key topics in Panama City will include discussion on the Next-Gen RDS, Rights Protections Mechanisms, Subsequent procedures and a number of other issues.
