Mark McFadden is an IANA Resource Specialist at ICANN.[1] Currently he is working as Chief Technology officer at the Commercial Internet eXchange (CIX),[2] a non-profit trade association of ISPs and public data internetworking service providers. As the CTO of CIX he supervises the technical coordination of all of CIX's activities. He has contributed to the development of global addressing policy while working as a routine participant at IANA.[3]

Mr. McFadden is a member of the Registry Services Technical Evaluation Panel, which is a technical group within ICANN's GNSO.[4]
