Mark William Datysgeld is a Researcher at the State University of São Paulo, currently pursuing a Master's degree in International Relations with the research theme of Intellectual Property and the Digital Revolution. He is also the coordinator of the Internet and technology arm of the International Relations observatory of the Master's program.[1]
ICANN 53 in Buenos Aires was his first ICANN Meeting, which he attended with the NextGen group. [2]
