'Mark William Datysgeld is a Researcher at the State University of Sao Paulo, and is pursuing a Master's degree in International Relations. His research theme is Intellectual Property and the Digital Revolution. He is also the coordinator of the internet and technology arm of the international relation observatory of the university.[1]
ICANN 53 in Buenos Aires was his first ICANN Meeting, which he attended with the NextGen group. He has also attended W3C.[2]
