Marnet is the registry operator for the Republic of Macedonia's .mk ccTLD, as well as the country's internationalized top-level domain, .мкд.[1] Marnet assumed registry operations in 2014.[2]
.mk and .мкд
The .mk and .мкд domains are both open use: registration at the top level is open to anyone; registration under specific second-level domains is restricted to Macedonian governmental or educational entities.[3]
As of April 2021, the .mk and .мкд domains have approximately 28,000 registered domains combined.[4]
