Martin Pablo Silva Valent is an independent lawyer in Argentina[1]
Silva's first ICANN Meeting was ICANN 48 in Buenos Aires, where he attended as an Honorary Fellow. He also participated as a Fellow on the ICANN 50 in London and in ICANN 51 in Los Angeles as an Alumni Leader in the Fellowship Program. During this last meeting he was proposed and voted for the ExCom position of Secretariat at the NPOC Constituency as member for AGEIA DENSI. He also attended the second NCHP meeting in Washington on January 2015. He is also an active member in the LAC community and in the Academy Working Group[1]
