Matt Buckland is the Director of Operations for RegistryPro.[1]
Matt was listed as the contact regarding RegistryPro's allocation of one, two, and three character domain names; ICANN approved the registration of these domains in June, 2009.[2] He is frequently listed as the administrative and PR contact for RegistryPro.[3]
Mr. Buckland has been heavily involved in streamlining RegistryPro's registration process, as well as with opening up the availability of .pro domain names through application and contractual processes with ICANN.[4]
Career History
Prior to becoming the Director of Operations at RegistryPro in July 2007, Matt served as Customer Service & Billing Supervisor at the Hostway Corporation. From February 2005 until February 2007, he was Hostway's Customer Service Team Lead. Prior to joining Hostway, Matt was the Technical Support Supervisor at CCC Information Services from June 1998 til April 2004.[5]
Education
Buckland received a B.A. in American Studies from DePaul University in 1997.[6]
