Michael Graham is the founder and principal of Gnosis IP Law, P.C. He is active in ICANN's new Intellectual Property Constituency (IPC), he was a member of the GNSO Consumer Trust, Consumer Confidence and Competition Metrics Working Group, and he is Vice Chair of the GNSO Policy and Implementation Working Group. Graham has been involved with the International Trademark Association (INTA) since 1987, and is since 2009 has been active in the Internet Committee and gTLD sub-committee. He has been in these committees.[1] He is also an Adjunct Professor, supervising the Technology & Intellectual Property Clinic of DePaul University College of Law.

He was awarded a Martindale-Hubbell AV Peer Review Rating[2], he was named Recommended Individual Attorney among World’s Top 1000 Lawyers by World Trademark Review in 2013[3], and he has been named a Leading Lawyer in the areas of Advertising & Media Law, Computer & Technology Law, and Intellectual Property Law.
Fun Facts
Graham is a member of the National Ski Patrol, and a Slope Leader in the Ski Patrol, at Wilmot Mountain Wisconsin. He is also an accomplished musician, playing in a country/bluegrass/old time band called "Crow Island", and was bassist for a basement cover band called Dads Gone Bad. He is also an avid concert-goer.
