NIC Congo - Interpoint SARL is a Swiss company run by a Swiss of Congolese descent. The organization manages and administers the .rw ccTLD for Rwanda.[1]
The ccTLD has been undergoing redelegation battles for years due to the fact that the RICTA, or Rwanda ICT Association, is poorly underfunded and has been unable to finance the setup of the registry management and technical infrastructure.[1]
