Naomasa Maruyama is the Vice President of JPNIC and Associate Professor at the Institute of Statistical Mathematics, Tokyo.[1]
He has been the co-chair of the Elections Committee at MINC
He attended ICANN Yokohama[2] ICANN Sao Paulo[3]
He participated in the APNIC Policy SIG in 2005.[4]
Education
He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science; both from the Department of Mathematics of University of Tokyo.
