On April 23, 2019, ICANN [[Contractual Compliance]] sent an Escalated Notice to Net 4 India and a Notice of Suspension on June 5, 2019, which suspended Net 4 India’s ability to register or initiate inbound transfers of domain names for 90 days.
On June 20, 2019, ICANN postponed the start date of the Suspension Period after considering the insolvency proceedings but maintained the Notice with the RAA violations and its cure requirements. The court-appointed resolution professional for Net 4 India was required to provide status updates on the proceedings.
