Oscar A. Robles-Garay is currently CEO of NIC Mexico. He has professional experiences in domain names, IP address space, Strategic Planning and Internet Governance.[1]

Past Experience
Oscar has been working in Internet Governance since 1996. He has been quite active in his field from the very start. In 1997 he was in the experts group conducted by WIPO to comment on the RFC WIPO series. - Public Interest Registry .ORG Advisory Council Member since May 2005.
- LACNIC Board Member since December 2003.
- CEO of NIC Mexico since January 1997.
Participations
- Oscar attended ICANN meeting held in Los Angeles.[5]
- He attended Caribbean ccTLD Policy and Technical Workshop held in Port-au-Prince, Haiti on 24th-28th August,2008.[6]
