Oumarou Mounpoubeyi is a Software Engineer at Cameroon Telecommunications, CAMTEL[1] and the Chief of its Multimedia Department. CAMTEL is run by the national government.[2]
He attended ICANN Senegal.[3]
Mr. Mounpoubeyi was elected to the first Executive Council of Cameroon's ISOC Chapter, and subsequently appointed to the position of 2nd Vice President. The chapter had its Constitutive General Assembly in May, 2011.[4]
