Pascal Bekono is an IT Consultant at DSTC International. He is involved in ICANN's At-Large issue.[1] As a consultant, he has worked with German Technical Cooperation in Cameroon, and international NGOs focused on poverty reduction strategy papers, millennium development goals, and ICT for development and fair trade.
Mr. Bekono was a 2005 World Summit on the Information Society youth Country Coordinator in partnership with TakingITGlobal and the Canadian Government. Other international fora he has participated in include work as a delegate of La Francophonie to the Global Forum on Youth and ICT for development, which was organized by the U.N. and the ITU in Geneva, 2007; and the World Youth Congress (Quebec); Japan Youth Forum for Development (Tokyo, 2008); Mr. Bekono won a scholarship to attend the 3rd International ICT for Development (Doha, 2009).[2] Pascal Bekono took part in DiploFoundation's Internet Governance Capacity Building Programme in 2008.
