Patrick Anglin is the Information Technology Officer at University of the West Indies,[1] and the Managing Director at Business Edge Limited.[2] He has been at the University since 1996, and he is the Team Leader for Policy and Infrastructure. He is involved in regional IT projects, and has prior experience as a web master.[3]

Mr. Anglin attended his first ICANN meeting, ICANN 42 in Dakar, as an ICANN Fellow.

From 2005-2006, he woked at the Information and Communication Technologies Blue Cross of Jamaica Limited as the Executive Manager.

Education

He holds a BSc in Computer Studies and an MBA in International Business from the University of West Indies. He is currently doing DBA from the University of Manchester, which is expected to conclude in 2013.[4]
