At present, Wilson is a member of the Executive Council, NRO; member of the Advisory Committee of the ISOC); Advisory Committee Member (.Asia); Executive Committee, APNG; Grants Evaluation Committee, Information Society Innovation Fund (ISIF) and Vice Chairman, of APIA.[1]

Paul Wilson studied Computer Science from the University of Queensland.
Award
In 2001, Wilson was inducted into the Australian Internet Awards' Hall of Fame.[2]
