Career
Peter works for DENIC, the ccTLD registry for DE, as a policy advisor. His interests are Internet Governance, security, standardization and cross community interaction. He is also active in RIPE, CENTR, and the IETF. Peter is a former member of the Board of DNS-OARC.
ICANN Involvement
Peter was a member of RSSAC from 2011-2014 as the IETF liaison. The ccNSO has appointed Peter as their representative on RZERC. For 2020, Peter was appointed to the Nominating Committee by the IETF.
Involvement in Internet Governance
Peter is a member of the Board of the Internet Society German Chapter (ISOC.DE)
From 2016, Peter has participated in the Euro-SSIG in Meißen, Germany.
