Peterking was born in Liberia, He attended the University of Professional Studies, Ghana. Peterking Quaye has for the past 10 years been involve in many youth lead activities in Liberia and outside Liberia. He is the Youth Internet Governance Ambassador for Liberia of TAC (Together Against Cybercrime), a European base organization working on hosting, YIGF-Liberia chapter and also a member of ISOC -Ghana & Liberia.
