Philip F. Johnson is a Liberian Diplomat and African Internet Policy Development Volunteer Leader.[1]
He is also the founder and President of the ISOC Liberia Chapter, which is a member of ICANN's At-Large Structure.Johnson has been involved been involved in the advocacy for Internet technology Development and Access in Liberia for nearly a decade. Johnson is a career Diplomat /ICT Development professional.
