Puthineath is currently studying Computer Science in year 3 at National Institute of Posts, Telecoms and ICT(NIPTICT), Cambodia. She has involved in some social activity programs and Internet Governance such as APIGA 2017 and she will participate the upcoming APrIGF program 2018.
