RRPproxy is owned by Key-Systems, an international ICANN-accredited registrar. It is the world-wide reseller network of Key-Systems. RRPproxy provide registration and management of domain names, DNS and other related internet services. Its functions are fully automated and real-time.[1]

RRPproxy has been offering pre-registration for a number of proposed new gTLDs that had yet to be approved or implemented by ICANN. This system is essentially a free means of expressing interest in a possible new gTLD, and not a binding registration commitment or guarantee.[2]
