Legal Practice
Raj is the founding partner of Raj Abhyanker Attorneys at Law, which now has offices in California, Beijing, and Bangalore. They specialize in Intellectual Property Law, Copyright Law, Internet Law, Immigration Law, Entertainment Law, Real Property Law, and Litigation.[2] The firm was founded in 2005 and has since gone on to work as counselor for over 4,000 international clients.[3] Raj himself serves as counsel to more than 50 venture backed companies, and he has written patent applications for companies such as Apple Computer, eBay, Intel, and others. The CSC Q1 2010 survey ranked Raj as the top trademark attorney in the U.S. Raj is a part of the California Bar Association and is a registered U.S. patent attorney.[4]
Raj is a member of INTA, and has chaired roundtable discussions at their meetings and conferences. He has also been involved with the ICANN's Intellectual Property Constituency within the GNSO.[5]

Entrepreneurial Ventures
Mr. Abhyankaer founded Trademarkia in 2009,[8] and he continues to act as its Founding CEO.[9] Trademarkia is the largest visual search engine for trademarked logos.[10] It also allows a user to search out any malfeasance with regards to their copyrighted material being used on social media platforms; should anything alarming be found a dispute can be immediately filed through the Trademarkia site via Raj's legal practice.[11]
His previous ventures include AOLClassifieds.com, which was eventually acquired by AOL, and MacInsider.com, which became a leading news source regarding Apple products; he founded both of these in the 1990s. In 2006, he founded and became the CEO of Fatdoor.com, which went on to raise over $5.5 million in venture capital financing.[12]
Other Work
Raj wrote a book documenting the process of taking the U.S. Patent Bar exam in 1999, the book was distributed by REA publishing and has sold over 5,000 copies via online book distributors. [13]
Before starting his own Patent Litigation Office he worked with a number of other large American offices.[14]
Raj has been a featured speaker at a number of prestigious Law and Business schools in America.[15]
