RegistryASP is a subsidiary of Qinetics Solutions Berhad which provides global software solutions, maintenance, consultation and training for gTLD & ccTLD Registries and Registrars.[1] Tk Tan is the CEO of the company which is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. RegistryASP was created in 2003.

Product and Services

The Shared Registry-Registrar System (SRS) is the flagship product of RegistryASP. SRS is an adaptive, ideal and proven software and systems solution for ccTLD and gTLD registries and registrars who demand great flexibility for complex business rules, policies and to be able to adhere with International standards and practices.[2]

The company provides Registry Outsourcing, Customized Solutions, System Maintenance, Training, Consultancy and new gLTD incubation initiatives.[3]

Clients

The company's clients include HKDNR (.hk TLD Registry), CIM (.cd TLD Registry), MYNIC] (.my TLD Registry) and Webnic (an ICANN Accredited Registrar for resellers).

Partnership

In 2008, Interlink and RegistryASP formed a strategic partnership in provisioning a new gTLD. Interlink sponsored the World Domain Cup, a contest for the internet community to submit the most popular new gTLD. The winners in the competition will receive a $ 10,000 cash and $ 1.00 revenue share per domain registration for the first ten years.[4] RegistryASP will serve as the backend technology provider for the new gTLD initiative.[5]
