Richard Schreier is the CEO at Pool.com, a bidding system for domains. Pool.com was launched in 2003 as part of the Momentous.ca group of online enterprises. As part of the Momentous.ca registrar group, Pool.com is accredited by ICANN, NeuStar, CIRA, auDA and the Global Name Registry.[1]
