Rolando Toledo is the General Manager at Red Científica Peruanaof.[1] Red Científica Peruanaof is the Sponsoring Organization for the .PE ccTLD. He is also the Director at NAP Peru and Project Director at Lamula.pe.
Rolando serves on ICANN's ccNSO Council; his term is to last from March 2010 until March 2013.[2] He is also a ccTLD Trustee Member at CoCCA.[3]
Rolando has participated in numerous ICANN meetings.[4][5][6][7]
Rolando has attended LACNIC X111[8] and the Third Latin American and Caribbean Regional Preparatory Meeting for the Internet Governance Forum.[9]
