Rolando Toledo is the General Manager at Red Científica Peruanaof.[1] Red Científica Peruanaof is the Sponsoring Organization for the .PE ccTLD. He is also the Director at NAP Peru and Project Director at Lamula.pe.
Rolando served on ICANN's ccNSO Council from March 2010 until March 2013.[2] He is also a ccTLD Trustee Member at CoCCA.[3]
Rolando has participated in numerous ICANN meetings.[4][5][6][7]
Rolando has attended LACNIC X111[8] and the Third Latin American and Caribbean Regional Preparatory Meeting for the Internet Governance Forum.[9]
Rolando is also a member of the Expert Network of WSA Awards from Latin America and the Caribbean (Peru).[10]
