Rubens Kuhl is the Product Marketing Manager at NIC.br. He has been working in the ICT industry for more than 15 years. He has begun to attend ICANN meetings since ICANN 42 in Dakar, Senegal. He is also involved with LACNIC and its meetings.
Career History
Mr. Kuhl joined NIC.br in 2009 as a Product Manager and Broadband developer; he was made a Product Marketing Manager in 2011. Prior to join NIC.br, he was the Network Engineering Manager at Neovia Telecom, where he managed a team defined practices on IP/MPLS backbone and was charged with the responsibility of testing and commisioning of new technologies. He has been a consultant with Multirede Informática Ltd., RKJ, and Etica Tecnologia. Mr. Kuhl has also worked as a Network Specialist at Scopus Tecnologia (2004-2005), and as a Network Engineering and Security Manager at UOL (1998-2002).[1]
Education
Mr. Kuhl holds an Executive MBA in Marketing from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, Graduate Certificate, Telecommunications Economics from Universidade de São Paulo and B.S. Computer Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo.[2]
