Ruddy Medina is the head of the Intellectual Property Department at Iriarte & Asociados. He specializes in Intellectual Property, Licensing Law, Patents, Trade Secrets, Trademark and Intellectual property issues at the Academy of WIPO.[1] He is also a consultant to the ALFA REDI NGOs, nonprofit institution dedicated to the study of Political Information Society and Information Law.[2]
Mr. Medina is a member of ISOC Peru.[3]

Ruddy has been an assistant to the Director at REDIALFA NGOs. He was a member of the LACRALO of the (ICANN).[5]
Education
He has studied law from the National University of San Marcos.
