Rui Francisco is a System Engineer and Developer at FCCN, which is a non-profit private organisation that plans, manages and operates RCTS (Science, Technology and Society Network), and the .pt domain registration service.
Prior to joining FCCN, he was an Engineer at Quiznow. He has worked as an IT Consultant at ACE Bizfirst and was a part of the IT Department at the National Agency for Community Programs. He studied at the Polytechnic Institute of Lisbon.[1]
