Rui Francisco is a System Engineer and Developer at FCCN, which is a non-profit private organisation that plans, manages and operates RCTS (Science, Technology and Society Network). Besides the RCTS FCCN is also managing the .pt domain registration service.
Prior to joining FCCN, he was an Engineer at Quiznow. He has worked as an IT Consultant at ACE Bizfirst and was a part of the the IT Department at National Agency for Community Programs. He studied at the Polytechnic Institute of Lisbon.[1]
