Russell Pangborn has been the CEO of Marksmen, Inc. since May 2014. The Redmond, WA company specializes in Intellectual Property services and domain acquisition and sales.[1][2]
From April 2003 to January 2014, he was the Assistant General Counsel on Trademarks for Microsoft. He is also a member of the IRT and a new gTLD applicant.[2]
Pangborn is a regular ICANN attendee; as of ICANN 51 in Los Angeles, he had attended over ten ICANN Meetings.[2]
