Sanou Serge Roland works at ARCEP,[1] Burkina Faso's Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communication. He has worked there since 2009. He represents his country within ICANN's ccNSO.[2]
He attends ICANN Meetings[3] and AfTLD events.[4][5] He is also involved with AfriNIC.[6]
