Sebastian Castro Avila represents Latin America on the ccNSO's IANA Work Group.[1] He works at NIC Chile. Sebastian attends ICANN meetings, and the workshops associated with them.[2] Mr.Castro worked with The Cooperative Association of Internet and Data Analysis to run tests on the NIC Chile's servers; this infomration was able to provide CAIDA with valuable information regarding the stability and condition of the [[DNS}}.<ref>CAIDA.org].
