Sergio Salinas Porto is the Managing Partner at Mapu Tecnologia,[1] and the President of Internauta Argentina (Argentina Association of Internet Users).[2] He is also the founding member and President of the Federación Latinoamericana de Usuarios de Internet (FLUI).[3]

He is the author and promoter of the bill: "Access to Internet, free and equal.

Sergio is the Head of Department of new technologies and business of the Assembly of Small and Medium Entrepreneurs (APYME), Mar del Plata delegation. [4]

He is a member of the At-Large Improvements Work Team C(WT-C), the team which proposed two key changes to ICANN at ICANN Silicon Valley.[5]
