Shernon Osepa is the Manager of Regional Affairs for Latin America and the Caribbean at ISOC.[1] He was previously the Manager of Regional Relations, Caribbean at ICANN. He joined ICANN in July, 2008. [2]
Prior to joining ICANN he was Policy Advisor with the Regulatory Authority in the Netherlands Antilles.
