Simonetta Batteiger is the Head of Product Management, Trading at Sedo, the world's largest marketplace for domain names. She is currently working on making Sedo's domain inventory available to registrars worldwide through searches at their local registrars.
Simonetta is a part of the IRTP Work Group.[1]
Career History
Prior to being promoted to her current position, Simonetta served as Product Manager, Registrar Channel, Director of Sales Operations at Sedo from September 2008 until June 2010 and as Director of Finance from February 2007 until January 2008. She started at Sedo in February 2006 as Account Manager. Before that, she was Controller/Financial Analyst at AIESEC United States from November 2003 until April 2005; Research Associate at ING BHF Real Estate GmbH from July 2002 until December 2002; and Controller at SysOpService GmbH from May 1997 until September 2001.[2]
Education
Batteiger received a diploma in Business Finance from Fachhochschule Aschaffenburg in 2003. She studied Negotiation for Senior Executives at Harvard University in 2010.[3]
