Obed had a Master's in Public Communication & Lobbying (Political Science) from Madison International Institute & Business School, a Certificate in Parliamentarism, funded by the Center de Francophonie des Ameriques, from Laval University, and a License in the Science of Education from the Adventist University of Haiti.[2]
