ICANN received complaints concerning Net 4 India unresponsiveness to transfer and renewal requests and registrant-provided updates to [[WHOIS]] registration data. On April 23, 2019, ICANN [[Contractual Compliance]] sent an Escalated Notice to Net 4 India and a Notice of Suspension on June 5, 2019, which suspended Net 4 India’s ability to register or initiate inbound transfers of domain names for 90 days.

The registrar must resolve all breaches by December 31, 2020. Otherwise, ICANN may initiate the RAA termination process. The breach notice does not cover complaints that are currently in the informal resolution phase.
