# ASIP signed Memorandum of Understanding with the Faculty of Law at the University of Jordan to develop a Simulated IP Tribunal also known as the “Moot Court Competition” to provide and enhance the law students with legal knowledge in the field of IP.<ref>[http://aspip.org/page.aspx?page_key=moot_court_competition&lang=en Moot Court Competition]</ref> The Moot Court Competition is part of the society’s effort to increase the awareness regarding IP in the Arab Region. At present ASIP is working to establish Memorandum of Understanding with other Arab Universities to adopt the Moot Court Competition.
#The Society conducts a “Roundtables Series” in Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs). The monthly program is facilitated by experts and discuss laws and regulations related to IP rights. # Geographical (GI) Indications Conference- ASIP first organized the conference in 2005 with the help of the United States Patents and Trademarks Office (USPTO) and UAE Minister of Economy and Planning Sheikha Lubna Al-Qasimini. # ASIP provides “Short Term Courses” in the different fields of IP.
