Ephraim is a Policy Fellow working with the Policy team for Access, where he focuses on the connection between internet policy and human rights and specifically works on Internet Governance Reforms. He is an ICANN Fellow (Singapore) and a Fellow of the African School of Internet Governance (South Africa). He is currently a rising senior studying for a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree at University and a course in Global Civics at Global Civics Academy.
