Stanford Mings is a consultant for nic.vi. He is currently working on accrediting the Virgin Islands as a member of ARALO.
Stanford has attended numerous ICANN meetings, and has recently been attending due to his interest in the ccNSO and the creation of new gTLDs; he is particularly interested in the prospects of .green.
