Stephanie Hankins is a Legal Advisor at the International Red Cross, where he hopes to achieve the permanent protection of the Red Cross and Red Crescent top-level and second-level domain names.[1]

He is also involved on the Working Group for the protection of the Red Cross and Red Crescent designations and names, as well as the Working Group on IGO/INGO Protections.[1]
