Stephane Van Gelder is the General manager of INDOM, France's leading corporate domain name registrar.
Stephane is fully bilingual and bicultural, having spent many years living in England and France. He has always been interested in computing and studied Computer Science at Sussex University (known as Brighton Polytechnic when he was there). He has a Comp. Sc. Degree at BSc level (bachelor of science).
Stephane Van Gelder moved back to France after getting his degree and started a career in sports journalism. Motorsports is also a great passion of his and he was a newspaper and television journalist covering motorcycle and car racing at the highest international level for ten years.
The entity that was to become INDOM was created in 1997 under the name ANDCONET. He joined the project in 1999 to start INDOM. He is one of the three cofounders of the firm.[1]
