Steve Levy is an Attorney with FairWinds Partners, leading its Domain Name Reclaim Services.[1] He has extensive experience with domain enforcement and digital brand protection, including UDRP proceedings. Steve has had over 100 UDRP victories on behalf o FairWinds' clients. He is involved in ICANN's Intellectual Property Constituency. Mr. Levy is also involved in other legal, IP, and IT fora, including IATA and IAPLIA.[2][3]
Prior experience includes digital trademark management and brand management for The Home Depot, where he spent 10 years, reaching the position of Senior Director of the Legal Department. Prior to this, Steve Levy was a Senior Associate at the New York office of Proskauer Rose LLP; Trademark Counsel at Sony Corporation in Tokyo, Japan; and an Associate at Amster Rothstein & Ebenstein in New York.[4]
