Theo Kramer is a Software Developer and the Chairman of UniForum SA, the current administrator of the co.za TLD. He began at UniForum in 1991 as Director, and was promoted to Chairman in 1994.
Under his leadership, UniForum SA took over administrative duties of co.za in 1995. At that time, it has 400 registered domains. Today there are over 650,000.
He is also currently working on developing the EPP Registry System.[1]
Before joining Uniform SA in the late 80s, at the time an organisation dedicated to open systems, UNIX in particular, Theo worked with the Philips group of companies, where he started as an electronics technician in the electronics development laboratory and finished as a senior development engineer at Philips Telecommunications.[2]
