Thomas De Haan is the Board member at World Art Delft Foundation and Senior Policy Coordinator at Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications.[1] He is also the representative of ICANN's Governmental Advisory Committee in Netherlands.[2]

He started his career as an Industrial Designer at Philips Mexicana. He has been a Researcher at OECD, Consultant at OPTA and Project Leader at Alcatel. He chaired NLEG in 2001. [3]
