Timothy M. McGinnis (or McTim) is the father of a little boy, and as such, much of his energy is spent trying to keep up with his son. He is an independent examiner for ICANN' s name and numbers. In the past, Tim consulted for African ISPs on IP resource issues, gave training sessions and lectures on DNSSEC, Internet Governance, and Internet infrastructure development.
